Based Vegetable Glycerin
Goldenseal (Hydrastis canadensis) is one of the most popular herbs in the United States. It’s a natural antibiotic for colds, respiratory tract Infection, digestion, it kills bacteria and reduces inflammation. It is safe to use also on dogs, see below safe usage. 

Human Dosage
Take 1 Dropper up to 3 times a day for up to 5 days. If you are sick or need to treat something, use up to 10 days. Then rest for at least a month.

Dog Dosage

Add 5 to 10 Drops per 20lbs Dog. You can add to the Dog’s Water 2 to 3 Times a day. On an 80 lbs Dog, it would be 20 to 40 Drops 2 to 3 Times a Day. I would start with the lowest dosage.

How to Store it
Store it in Cold Temperature or Room Temperature away from sunlight. Glycerin Tinctures can last anywhere up to 3 Years.

Warnings
-Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not use goldenseal.
-People with high blood pressure, liver disease, or heart disease should ask their provider before taking goldenseal.
-Goldenseal can irritate the skin, mouth, throat, and vagina. It may also cause an increased sensitivity to sunlight.
-Goldenseal may interfere with some medications. If you are taking prescription or over-the-counter medications, ask your doctor before taking goldenseal.
